Fresh Green Beans with Cranberries & Almonds
- 2 cups fresh green beans
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup slivered or sliced raw almonds
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil (I prefer to use Organic Cold Pressed Extra Virgin)
Total Time: 15 minutes, Serves 4
Clean & prepare your fresh green beans, snip the ends and set aside. In a large skillet pan, add enough coconut oil to cover the bottom of the pan and heat over medium-low heat, add green beans to pan and stir to coat green beans. Stir occasionally until tender-crisp. Add cranberries and almonds and stir until heated through. You can adjust how many almonds and cranberries you want to your liking. This recipe is really fool proof!
