Power Breakfast Bowl
I love this breakfast in the morning and it provides me with great energy and keeps me feeling full. I use 1/2 cup of plain old fashioned oats and fill the bowl with water just enough to cover the oats. Microwave for 1 minute. Top with raw walnuts and fresh mango. (easiest way to cut a mango: slice as close to the hard core as you can leaving you with a bunch of slices with the skin on. To remove the skin, make small cuts into the flesh of the fruit and then using the spoon you will be eating the oatmeal with, simply scoop out the mango chunks and add to your bowl. It’s that easy!
